About

Hi, I’m Hayley. 22 years old from Perth, Australia.

I’m a full time student studying a Graduate Diploma of Education (in Primary Teaching).

I’m a seasoned clean eater, amateur cook and first time blogger.

Documenting my kitchen creations for those who share a love of clean and healthy eating!

My creations contain no artificial nasties; that includes no refined ingredients, no preservatives and no additives.

Basically, if I don’t know what an ingredient is – I don’t use it! Pure and whole foods are the way to go!

If you’re new to clean eating, I’ve found there’s so many benefits from quitting processed and refined foods – more energy, more focus, my skin and hair look better and my immune system is stronger. If you’re a refined food junkie, quitting at first will be hard but stick in there! The cravings will go away and you’ll feel so much better in the long run! Combine this with exercise (I like to go for a 20 minute run or a Les Mills class each day at the gym) and it’s a lifestyle change you (and your body) will thank yourself for. Visit the Getting Started page to begin today!

As well as my love for clean eating, I’m also passionate about travel.

In 2014 I’ll be backpacking my way around the world – I’m sure the food I discover along the way will make its way onto here!

Enjoy! xo
